Lennar is in contract for a portion of the Boca Lago golf course. It is the builder's desire to create a residential community while helping Boca Lago Golf & Country Club ensure the ongoing sustainability and operations of the golf club.

 

Boca Lago is a great place to live. Lennar aims to listen to resident thoughts and comments to develop a community benefiting Boca Lago's longevity, continued quality of life, and the Club's ongoing operation of the golf course and club.

THE COMMUNITY 

Lennar looks forward to sharing its ideas with Boca Lago and receiving feedback and impressions from both residents and club members.

TOWNHOMES & CONDOMINIUMS

The community would included a mixture of luxury home types.  The density would be less than what is currently in Boca Lago, and only a fraction of what current land use rules allow.

IMPROVING THE COURSE

Course and club ownership will not change. Club stays open. Existing course reconfigured into a modified 18-hole PGA-rated course with a plan for a new driving range.

PRESERVING THE NEIGHBORHOODS

No traffic would be added to Boca Lago gates or neighborhood streets.  All new homes will have separate entrances off the public roadways, separate parking, and no need to drive through existing neighborhoods.

We look forward to sharing more details of our community. Lennar is fully committed to transparency and open communication with the residents of Boca Lago. As discussions progress, community details could change in response to resident feedback.

There would be no development on any of the 33 acres of natural preserve in Boca Lago.  All natural areas would remain untouched.
